Order Cancellations

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.


We want you to be satisfied with your Spitfire Armory purchase. Returns/Exchanges are accepted ONLY on authorized new, unmarred, unopened items within 30 days of shipment (indicated by the invoice and USPS or UPS tracking number). Refunds are either store credit or refund to your method of payment.

To request a refund/exchange:

  1. Contact Spitfire Armory by email to authorize a return: [email protected]
  2. Shipping cost is NOT refundable and you are responsible for the shipping and tracking cost of returning the item.
  3. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return item(s) to receive an exchange, store credit, or refund.
